The Goldman Sachs Investor Tax-Exempt New York Money Market Fund (the Fund) seeks to maximize current income to the extent consistent with the preservation of capital and the maintenance of liquidity by investing primarily in high quality money market instruments, the interest on which is exempt from federal income tax and New York State and New York City personal income taxes.
