Asbury Automotive Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation organized in 2002, is a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest franchised automotive retailers in the United States. Our mission is to put the guest experience first and follow our "North Star," i.e., to be the most guest-centric automotive retailer in the industry.
