Beyond balance sheet strategy, Strive is focused on advancing innovation within the capital markets by modernizing established financing structures. The Company has developed our SATA Stock, our perpetual preferred equity instrument, that incorporates an at‑the‑market (“ATM”) program, creating a flexible and continuous capital formation mechanism.
