What Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. does.
Our principal executive offices are located in Rosario, Argentina. We own and operate manufacturing and distribution facilities in Pergamino, Argentina; Bangor, Michigan; and Londrina, Brazil. We also have a minority ownership in a third-party manufacturing facility in Vyborg, Russia. We are a light fixed asset company, well invested and with spare capacity to continue to expand internationally. See “ Item 4. Information on the Company—D. Our research and development facilities are in Pergamino, Argentina; Davis, California; and Helsinki, Finland. Additionally, we have sales offices or subsidiaries in 11 countries including: Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Estonia, France, Paraguay, Russia, South Africa, United States and Uruguay.
