The Company conducts its operations primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary, First Seacoast Bank.

The Company is the successor to First Seacoast Bancorp (a federal corporation). Effective January 19, 2023, the Company succeeded First Seacoast Bancorp (a federal corporation) as the holding company for First Seacoast Bank in connection with the conversion of First Seacoast Bancorp, MHC, the former federal mutual holding company for First Seacoast Bank, from mutual to stock form. At December 31, 2025, the Company had total consolidated assets of $599.3 million, loans of $419.5 million, deposits of $470.8 million and stockholders’ equity of $63.5 million.
