What Imperial Petroleum Inc./Marshall Islands does.

As of April 15, 2026, our fleet consists of (1) seven MR refined petroleum product tankers that carry refined petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and jet fuel, as well as edible oils and chemicals, (2) two suezmax tankers that carry crude oil, and (3) four handysize drybulk carriers, five supramax drybulk carriers, two kamsarmax drybulk vessels and one post panamax drybulk carrier which transport major bulks such as iron ore, coal and grains, and minor bulks such as bauxite, phosphate and fertilizers. As of April 15, 2026, we also had contracts to acquire an additional four drybulk carriers and one product tanker. Upon delivery of these contracted vessels, the total cargo carrying capacity of our combined 26-vessel fleet will be approximately 1.5 million dwt. During 2023, 2024 and 2025, our fleet had a fleet operational utilization of 75.1%, 78.3% and 87.5%, respectively, and we generated voyage revenues of $183.7 million, $147.5 million and $161.0 million, respectively.

Our business strategy is focused on carefully selecting the timing and the structure of our investments in vessels and by reliably, safely and competitively operating the vessels we own, through our affiliate, Stealth Maritime.
