What Logistic Properties of the Americas does.

Our goal is to be the leading developer, owner and manager of logistics and industrial facilities of the future across Latin America. Our mission is to provide logistics and industrial real estate solutions that enable the most efficient distribution of goods for a more environmentally conscious society.

We are a fully integrated, internally managed real estate company that develops, owns and manages a diversified portfolio of warehouse logistics and industrial assets across Latin America. We focus on modern logistics and industrial Class A Real Estate in high growth and high barrier-to-entry markets that are undersupplied and have low penetration rates. We believe we are a leading institutional, development, logistics and industrial platform in our four countries of operation today: Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. We have significant expertise in designing and developing logistics and industrial assets, which we own, manage and lease on a long-term basis. Our strategic footprint and operational expertise enable us to provide our tenants with “last mile” distribution capabilities that are critical to logistics and industrial infrastructure and be well located to leverage strong e-Commerce and “nearshoring” trends.
