Our funeral service and cemetery operations consist of funeral service locations, cemeteries, funeral service/cemetery combination locations, crematoria, and other related businesses, which enable us to serve a wide array of customer needs. We sell cemetery property and funeral and cemetery merchandise and services at the time of need and on a preneed basis.

We reach out to our associates for feedback throughout their employment at SCI using a variety o f voluntary employee surveys in an effort to determine if we are meeting the needs and expectations of our workforce. In 2025, building on our past workplace surveys, we launched our We Listen Survey, which measures engagement across areas including recognition, growth, communication, and leadership. This employee survey will help drive company-wide initiatives and improvements.
